The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) – 2 District Criminal Investigations Bureau/Street Crime Unit has arrested two males in relation to a drug trafficking investigation in Oakville.
In March 2023, officers began an investigation into drug transactions that were taking place in the area of Churchill Avenue and North Service Road East in Oakville.
A Controlled Drug and Substances Act search warrant was executed on March 30 at an address on Churchill Avenue. As a result of the search, the following items were seized (see attached photo):
Approximately 60 grams of methamphetamine
Approximately 10 grams of cocaine
Drug indicia including digital scales, packaging, Canadian currency, debt lists, etc.
Two (2) home-made conductive energy weapons
A prohibited switch-blade
A cannister of pepper spray
Henderson Bowen (66) of Oakville was arrested and charged with:
Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine
Possession of a Prohibited Weapon
Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose (2 counts)
Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
Trafficking – Methamphetamine
Jennifer Patrick (46) of Oakville was arrested and charged with:
Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine
Possession of a Prohibited Weapon (2 counts)
Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose (2 counts)
