New Exhibitions at the Helson Gallery and Cultural Centre

HALTON HILLS, ON – A new exhibition, Collection Conversations, will open at the Town of Halton Hills Helson Gallery on February 23, 2022. Featuring selections from the Town’s Permanent Art Collection, including the culturally significant Helson Collection, the show examines the diverse movements that have shaped Canadian art history. Collection Conversations will continue until April 24.

Upcoming in the Sisnett Lobby of the Cultural Centre is Photoart 2022, an annual exhibition of amateur and professional photography organized and sponsored by the Halton Hills Camera Club. The show will be on view from February 28 – April 3 and many of the photographs are available for purchase.

“The Town of Halton Hills Cultural Centre affords artists an excellent venue for their work in both the Sisnett Lobby and Helson Gallery. I hope people find time to visit safely and enjoy these new exhibitions,” said Mayor Rick Bonnette. “This is a great opportunity to explore our local arts and culture initiatives.”

The Cultural Centre is located at 9 Church St., Halton Hills and is open Mon: 1 – 8:30; Tues – Thurs: 9:30 – 8:30; Fri and Sat: 9:30 – 5; Sun: 1 – 5 pm.
