Between May 3 and May 4, 2020, two residential garages were broken into in Milton. The accused stole various items from each garage, including bicycles, coins and other valuables. On May 14, 2020, Halton Regional Police officers in Milton observed the accused to be in possession of one of the stolen bicycles. The accused was arrested at that time. A Criminal Code search warrant was executed at his residence and several items were seized (see attached photos). Justin Hiltz-Banks (24) of Milton has been charged with: -Break and Enter (2 counts) -Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 (2 counts) Hiltz-Banks was released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to appear in Milton Court on July 27, 2020.
