Male Arrested After Road Rage Incident in Milton The Halton Regional Police Service has arrested one male in connection with a road rage incident that took place on June 12, 2019, in Milton. At approximately 9:45 am, Halton Police officers responded to reports of a fight that had taken place on Regional Road 25, north of Lower Base Line, in Milton. Investigation revealed the accused and victim got into a verbal altercation while both were operating motor vehicles. The two vehicles eventually pulled over to the side of the road and the verbal altercation escalated when the accused assaulted the victim. The victim incurred serious injuries as a result of the assault, and was transported to a local hospital. Kyle Dulmage (31) of Burlington has been charged with: Aggravated Assault Dulmage was located and arrested a short time later after fleeing the scene. Dulmage was held for a bail hearing on June 13, 2019.
