The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) has arrested a 33-year-old male after the investigation into the sexual assault of a teenage girl.

  • Luring a Child (2 counts)

  • Invitation to Sexual Touching

  • Sexual Assault

  • Sexual Interference

Stull has been held in custody pending a bail hearing in Milton.

Stull first met the victim on the social media application called “Omegle” and provided her with his contact name for another social media application called “KIK” where they began exchanging messages.

Stull then arranged to meet with the victim and sexually assaulted her.

The accused used the online name “22badboi22” to communicate with the victim.

Police believe there may be additional victims. Anyone with information or who may have exchanged messages with “22badboi22” is asked to contact Detective Constable Amanda Bodin from the Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Unit at 905-465-8918 or at amanda.bodin@haltonpolice.ca.

Sexual assault is any touching of another person without their consent where the touching is of a sexual nature, or where the sexual integrity of the victim is violated. A sexual assault can range from unwanted touching to sexual assault involving penetration.

There is no statute of limitation when it comes to reporting a sexual assault. This means that no matter how long ago the sexual assault happened, you can still report it to police for investigation.

The Halton Regional Police Service firmly believes that every person has the right to feel safe in our community.
