The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) today announced that it has made an arrest and laid multiple charges following a sexual assault investigation involving a former school bus driver.
On October 7, 2022, investigators with the Child Abuse and Sexual Assault (CASA) Unit arrested 80 year-old Gordon Jack of Aylmer, Ontario.
Jack has been charged with Sexual Assault and Sexual Interference.
The reported assault took place five years ago in Burlington and the victim was a youth. The accused is a former school bus driver (in Burlington and Aylmer) and police are concerned there may be additional victims.

The accused has been released from custody pending a court appearance.
SEXUAL ASSAULT
Sexual assault is any touching of another person without their consent where the touching is of a sexual nature, or where the sexual integrity of the victim is violated. A sexual assault can range from unwanted touching to sexual assault involving penetration.
There is no statute of limitation when it comes to reporting a sexual assault. This means that no matter how long ago the sexual assault happened, you can still report it to police for investigation.
